These terms apply to mikloskovacs.io, the personal professional website of Miklos Kovacs. It presents my background in strategy, sourcing and digital transformation, personal AI experiments, articles and the book WIN THE ANSWER.

2. Purpose of the website

The website shares personal experience, practical observations and questions about leadership and technology. Descriptions of experiments, prototypes and workflows are for information and discussion. They are not an offer to carry out work for a visitor. Contacting me by email or LinkedIn starts a conversation and does not, by itself, create a contract.

The views expressed are my own and do not represent any employer or other organisation unless expressly stated.

3. Information and examples

Articles reflect the information available when written or updated. Tools change, and a personal experiment may produce different results in another situation. Check the accuracy, suitability and security of information, code and tools before using them. General website content is not individual legal, tax, financial or other regulated professional advice.

AI may assist with research, code or media discussed here. Outputs can contain errors, and examples do not guarantee accuracy, availability or future results.

4. Copyright and responsible use

Unless indicated otherwise, original text and media belong to the website operator or are used with permission. You may read and share links to public pages. Quotations and other uses permitted by copyright law remain permitted. For reproduction or adaptation beyond those permissions, contact me first. A separate licence displayed with a resource governs its use. Third-party names and materials belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement.

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code or infringe another person's rights. Share only information you are entitled to disclose. Sending a message does not grant permission to publish it.

5. External websites and the book

Links may lead to LinkedIn, Amazon, separate projects or other resources. Those destinations have their own terms and privacy notices. These website terms do not extend to a separate website or application.

The link for WIN THE ANSWER takes you to Amazon. The seller identified at checkout handles the purchase under its applicable terms, including payment, delivery and returns. These terms do not replace those terms or restrict statutory rights.

7. Availability and responsibility

I take reasonable care with the website but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every page will always be complete, current or error-free. Content and links may be updated or removed. To the extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for losses caused by reliance on general website information or by third-party websites and tools. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

8. Applicable law and changes

Hungarian law applies, subject to mandatory protections available under the law applicable to you. These terms do not remove access to courts or authorities available under mandatory law.
