These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of mikloskovacs.io, including the Free AI Workflow Assessment, the AI Workflow Assessment, AI intake calls, email follow-up, and any related consulting, advisory, automation, or implementation services offered through this website.

The website and services are operated by Kovács András Miklós E.V., trading as MiklosKovacs.io ("MiklosKovacs.io", "we", "us", or "our").

By using this website, submitting an assessment, purchasing a service, joining an intake call, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

1. Who the services are for

Our services are intended primarily for business owners, founders, executives, consultants, agencies, freelancers, and small to medium-sized companies that want to identify practical opportunities for AI, automation, workflow improvement, and operational efficiency.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you use the services on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

2. Services we provide

We may provide free and paid services, including:

  • Free AI Workflow Assessment forms and automated assessment summaries.
  • AI Workflow Assessment reports and related diagnostic services.
  • AI-assisted intake calls, including voice, transcript, and structured note collection.
  • Workflow mapping, AI opportunity analysis, tool direction, and practical recommendations.
  • AI Workflow Implementation Sprint or other implementation, automation, and advisory services where separately agreed.
  • Email follow-up, newsletters, educational content, and relevant service offers.

The exact scope, price, timing, and deliverables of a paid service are those shown on the relevant sales page, checkout page, order confirmation, proposal, or written agreement at the time of purchase.

3. Workflow-first approach and no guarantee of results

Our approach is based on clarity before tools. We assess business workflows, repeated work, bottlenecks, data readiness, owner dependency, manual handoffs, and practical opportunities where AI or automation may help.

Any score, assessment result, AI-generated summary, roadmap, recommendation, or report is a professional diagnostic and decision-support tool. It is not a guarantee of cost savings, revenue growth, return on investment, operational improvement, or successful implementation.

AI and automation outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your data quality, internal processes, tools, team adoption, permissions, budget, implementation choices, and ongoing maintenance.

4. AI-assisted services and human review

We may use AI systems and automation tools to collect information, transcribe intake calls, structure notes, draft summaries, analyse workflow patterns, or prepare materials for human review.

Paid assessment reports are intended to be human-reviewed before delivery. AI systems may support the process, but they do not replace professional judgement. We do not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects for you.

When you interact with an AI assistant or AI voice intake system, we will make reasonable efforts to disclose that you are interacting with AI or an AI-assisted system.

For users in the European Union, our AI intake and AI-assisted assessment processes are designed to support the transparency principles of the EU AI Act, including clear notice where you are interacting with an AI system and human review for paid assessment outputs.

5. Intake calls, recordings, and sensitive information

If you use an AI intake call or voice assessment, the call may be recorded and transcribed so that we can prepare your assessment report and related notes. The intake call is diagnostic. It is not a sales call, legal consultation, financial consultation, tax consultation, medical consultation, security audit, or compliance assessment.

Please do not share passwords, API keys, bank details, payment card details, confidential customer records, trade secrets, legal records, health data, highly sensitive personal information, or other information that you are not authorised to share. We only need enough general business context to understand the workflow, process, tools, bottlenecks, and desired outcomes.

If you do not consent to recording or transcription where it is required for the AI intake process, you should not continue with the AI intake. You may contact hello@mikloskovacs.io to ask whether a manual alternative is available.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and lawful information.
  • Ensuring you have permission to share any business, customer, employee, supplier, or third-party information.
  • Reviewing all recommendations before relying on them or implementing them.
  • Deciding whether any AI, automation, software, or workflow change is suitable for your business.
  • Obtaining legal, tax, financial, employment, security, compliance, or sector-specific professional advice where needed.
  • Maintaining your own systems, access controls, credentials, backups, policies, and internal approvals.

7. Payments

Paid services may be purchased through Stripe or another payment provider. Prices are displayed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, currency conversion costs, bank charges, and payment provider fees unless the checkout page states otherwise.

We may offer the AI Workflow Assessment for $797 and the AI Workflow Implementation Sprint for $1,990. If stated on the sales page or order confirmation, the $797 assessment fee may be credited toward the $1,990 sprint if you upgrade within 14 days. This credit is not cash, is not transferable, and cannot be applied to unrelated services unless we agree in writing.

We may change prices, offers, or service packages at any time. Changes do not affect orders already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.

8. Refunds, cancellations, and consumer rights

Because our paid assessments and implementation services involve custom business analysis, preparation, AI-assisted processing, and human review, payments are generally non-refundable once we have started the service, made the intake available, reviewed your submitted materials, or begun preparing your report or implementation work.

If you purchase as a business customer, you agree that the service is purchased for business purposes and that consumer cancellation rights may not apply.

If you purchase as a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, mandatory consumer rights may give you a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. However, if you ask us to begin performance during the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay for the service already performed. If the service is fully performed with your prior consent and acknowledgement that you may lose the right to withdraw, your withdrawal right may no longer apply. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you cannot legally waive.

To request a cancellation or refund review, contact hello@mikloskovacs.io with your name, email address, order details, and reason for the request.

9. Marketing emails and communications

If you submit an assessment, purchase a service, download content, or otherwise request follow-up, we may send transactional emails related to your request or purchase. We may also send marketing emails where you have consented or where applicable law allows business-to-business follow-up. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

10. Third-party tools and platforms

We use third-party tools to operate the website and services. These may include Tally, Retell AI, Brevo, Stripe, Google Workspace, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta/Facebook/Instagram advertising tools, Make.com, OpenAI, WordPress, hosting providers, and other operational tools.

Third-party tools are governed by their own terms, privacy notices, security practices, and service availability. We are not responsible for third-party outages, platform changes, account restrictions, payment provider decisions, analytics limitations, advertising platform policies, or software features outside our control.

11. Intellectual property

The website, content, frameworks, copy, assessment structure, report templates, examples, workflows, graphics, and related materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use materials we provide to you for your internal business purposes, unless a separate agreement says otherwise. You may not resell, publish, copy, train competing systems on, or distribute our materials as your own service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of your business information and materials that you provide to us. You grant us a limited right to use that information as needed to provide the services, prepare deliverables, maintain records, improve internal processes, and comply with legal obligations, subject to our Privacy Policy.

12. Acceptable use

You must not use the website or services to:

  • Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
  • Submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, confidential, or unauthorised data.
  • Attempt to access systems, data, accounts, or tools without permission.
  • Interfere with the security, operation, or availability of the website or services.
  • Use our content, systems, or outputs to build a competing product or service without permission.

13. Professional advice disclaimer

Our services provide business workflow, AI readiness, automation, and operational guidance. They do not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical, employment, cybersecurity, regulatory, or compliance advice.

You should consult the appropriate qualified professional before making decisions in those areas.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity, or anticipated savings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the website or services is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

15. Indemnity

If you use the services on behalf of a business, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the services, unauthorised sharing of third-party data, or implementation decisions made by you or your organisation.

16. Changes to the website or services

We may update, suspend, replace, or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise. If you are a business customer, the courts of Hungary will have jurisdiction over disputes, unless we agree otherwise in writing or mandatory law provides otherwise.

If you are a consumer, you may have additional rights under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
